What are the personalization, trust and privacy issues for users and how can these be addressed? What is the role of financial services in user’s daily lives in terms of expectancy and empowerment?

  • How could banks develop new services adjacent to traditional financial services in order to leverage their brand and existing relationships by providing secure online storage for financial and legal documents?
